We generally feature high end name brands in our "Piece of the Week" segment at Furniture Consignment Gallery. Similar to high end clothing consignment stores that are hunting for Prada and Gucci, we like to find the comparable name brands like Baker and Drexel on the furniture side.
But, that isn't always why our customers check in with us. Often times, they are looking for something unique and different and for those clients, we always have many different options.
This week, for example, we have a custom built tiger maple cornier cabinet.
It resembles the workmanship and design of a product that Eldred Wheeler or DR Dimes might produce.
At Furniture Consignment Gallery, this unique piece is $2,499. If you look into another corner of our showroom, you will find a 9 drawer oak chest. It is tall and narrow and would be perfect for many uses including the storage of art supplies. This chest is well made and a real eye catcher.
And if you enter into our dining room floor in our Hanover store, you will be greeted by this gorgeous retro, custom designed bench. We actulaly have two of these and with them both, you can bring the restaurant to your house. We took these from a city loft in Boston and we find them to be super cool pieces of furniture.
