This desk was manufactured by Henkel Moore a division of the world renowned furniture maker Henkel Harris Furniture Co. The desk has a gorgeous inlaid 22k gold embossed leather top. Yes, gold. 
The desk was extracted from a grand Victorian home in Boston's, prestigious, Brookline neighborhood. The original owner purchased the desk new about 15 years ago and paid more than double our asking price. The desk is in tip top condition and is beautiful in scale. It has an amazing, multi-part construction infrastructure so that it comes apart into smaller pieces so that it can be moved through doors and up stairs. The tulip wood veneers are fabulous. The desk is a true masterpiece.
