It is [item number 48-2328](http://www.furnitureconsignment.com/product/8859-482328frenchoakdiningset.php) in our inventory. Priced at $1,800, with 10 chairs, this set is an incredible value. Breaking the costs down to $180 per chair, the table is essentially a throw in.  Shop anywhere and it is hard to find this kind of value even in the furniture discount stores. Not to be confused, however, this is not a discount set. This is solid furniture built in the 1950s. It has been refinished and the chairs are solid.![describe the image](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/hs-fs/file-15659117-jpg/images/uimg_8014.jpg?width=134&height=201&name=uimg_8014.jpg) The table extends 119.5" when fully extended which includes (3) 31.5" leaves. This is quite a set for the money.![0uimg 8007](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/hs-fs/file-15628482-jpg/images/0uimg_8007.jpg?width=158&height=237&name=0uimg_8007.jpg) In addition, what we really like about this set is its ability to blend with various kinds of woods.  In our showroom we have it positioned near a blond mahogany [Thomasville hutch ](http://www.furnitureconsignment.com/product/8850-23114thomasvillehutch.php)and it is opposite a darker mahogany [English Server](http://www.furnitureconsignment.com/product/8499-22751antiqueenglishvictorianserver.php). This set offers a lot of flexibility for seating and decorating. We think it is a great deal!  And tell Nick to Eat his Sandwich in the break room.  You'll have to watch the video to see.    **Also follow us at:** [![facebook icon](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/hs-fs/file-15636168-png/images/facebook.png?width=49&height=49&name=facebook.png)](https://www.facebook.com/pages/Furniture-Consignment-Gallery/252217738875) [![17213252451444474183](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/hs-fs/file-15629560-png/images/17213252451444474183.png?width=48&height=48&name=17213252451444474183.png)](http://www.youtube.com/user/GreatFurniture)[![twitter icon](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/hs-fs/file-15644352-jpg/images/twitter.jpg?width=53&height=53&name=twitter.jpg)](https://twitter.com/#%21/jfrucci) 0 Comments [Click here to read/write comments](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/furniture-spotlight/bid/59840/Deal-of-the-Week-French-Oak-Dining-Set#comments-listing) Topics: [Oak Dining Set](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/furniture-spotlight/topic/oak-dining-set), [Thomasville Hutch](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/furniture-spotlight/topic/thomasville-hutch), [10 Chairs](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/furniture-spotlight/topic/10-chairs), [1940s Furniture](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/furniture-spotlight/topic/1940s-furniture) [All posts](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/furniture-spotlight/all)       ![](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Evergreen%20Images/jay-45.jpg?width=200&name=jay-45.jpg "jay-45.jpg") Jay Frucci, President and Owner, Furniture Consignment Gallery [**Back to Blog Home**](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/) ### Latest Posts **View [All Posts](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/all)** Search this site on Google Search Google ### Subscribe by Email ### Follow Me --- **HANOVER** 756 Washington St. (Rt. 53) Hanover, MA 02339 Phone: 781-826-5114 Fax: 781-829-9805   Sunday: 12-5 Monday-Saturday: 10-6 **NATICK**  104 Worcester St. (Rt. 9 East) Natick, MA 01760 Phone: 508-319-5600 Fax: 508-319-5601   Sunday: 11-5 Monday-Saturday: 10-6 **PLYMOUTH** 762 State Rd.
