This week, we focus again on Stickley Furniture, but turn our attention to the Cherry Valley Collection which was inspired from early American Colonial designs. The Cherry Valley line is no longer produced by Stickley. We are fortunate to have the "Welsh Cupboard" in our inventory and it is in pristine condition. Made from solid cherry woods, it has all of the elements of great craftsmanship which you would expect from Stickley. The original Welsh Cupboard is in the Stickley Museum and was first produced in 1965. The Welsh Cupboard that we are featuring was manufactured in 1978. It is item number 2248-3 in our inventory and is priced at $2,499. Other pieces from the Stickley Cherry Valley collection in our inventory include the Stickley Cherry Valley Corner Cabinet with carved top, the Stickley Cherry Valley Corner Cabinet, Stickley Cherry Valley Drop Leaf Dining Table, and a set of (6) Stickley Cherry Valley Colonial style chairs. If you love Stickley Furniture and have a home that can handle Colonial styles, these pieces could make a magnificent addition to your home.
