As one savvy shopper pointed out today, it is more that 1/4 the price of all other available [Councill hutches](http://www.councill.com/item/2426) that you could find on-line at e-bay, craigs list and other internet outlets. Yes, this is a very nice price. It would be and should be more if there was not sun damage on the doors, but that damage can be repaired with the ![uimg 4444](https://info.furnitureconsignment.com/hs-fs/file-15651653-jpg/images/uimg_4444.jpg?width=219&height=171&name=uimg_4444.jpg) right furniture restoration expert. Even after restoration costs, this hutch would remain an excellent price. The mahogany grids are in good shape, the mahogany wood grain is gorgeous and the craftsmanship is bar none.
